Exclamation

Had a strange bug in the SyncLog yesterday: a message that 29 February, 2000, 12:00 pm was an invalid date/time.

I don't think it was a Visor/Palm OS, since the message came up in French...a little explanation is needed here: the computer was made in Germany, it's a P90 IBM with the BIOS in German. A German DOS was installed, and then a French version of Win95 on top of that. Then a French version of Office95, without Outlook. Then Office was updated to 97 with Outlook 97, and sometime in between, Outlook Express 4 (German) was also loaded. Yesterday I updated to a German version of Outlook Express 5. We use several profiles of Outlook to sync with the netmail site gmx.net in Germany. We use Outlook Express to sync with hotmail.com in the States. The Visor, naturally, is in English (usually - I mean, if you don't count the Chinese OS I'm trying out ot the CyrillicHack). The message came up in the ViewLog of a Sync with Outlook. Since Outlook is in German, and this message was in French, it must have come from a DLL or something from the French Windows 95.

Anybody else have this exact same problem?

I thought the Visor was supposed to simplify your life!

Actually, the Visor is incredibly simple compared to the computer/software setup he described!
The problem must be in the Windows software or in the computer itself; the Visor doesn't have a problem with February 29, nor does the Palm/Handspring Desktop software.

"Anybody else have this exact same problem?"

I challenge to find someone who has the same software setup let alone the same problem

It tolls for thee."

No...I know it wasn't the Visor. i just thought it was worth it to mention; also rather humorous when I hit the View Log for the Sync and it came up with error messages in French!
