VisorPhone Signal Booster???

I just recently bought a VisorPhone and it's working great with one exception. I get bad reception in my house (West Los Angeles), at work (Burbank) I get a strong signal. I'm wondering if anyone has heard of a signal booster that works with the VisorPhone? I've seen those little rectangular chips that you place underneath the battery compartment that's supposed to boost reception. Has anyone ever tried one of these goodies on a VisorPhone? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry if you've already got one. I've been off line for a couple of days. I got the little Rhino Square that is supposed to boost the signal. I did this based on the positive responses that people had when using it with a wireless modem.

I don't know if it's because there isn't really a good place to put it on the phone. Or if it just doesn't work on a visor phone, but save your money. It didn't make any difference.

Let me know if you ever find anything that works.

I read that those signal booster stickers do absolutely nothing for reception. They're sold at a price point where lots of people try it out and if it doesn't work they don't care that much because it didn't cost them that much anyways. I'm thinking this is almost the same thing as those products that say they increase gas mileage in your car by 30% or something. If they're so effective why wouldn't the car companies put them into the cars at the factory?

Yea, all they are are a sticker with a squiggle on it, . Something so small and cheap can't do much work....unless someone has a story of using one.
