I have a list of names addresses and phone #'s in a Comma separated format .CSV

How can I get this info into the visor address book.

If you open the palm desktop then go to your addressbook, go to file/import/ then file type as CSV then just locate you file-open it-it should import, then hotsync.

Do you know what order the entries should be (.CSV)... in the .csv file

Example (I hope you know what I mean )
Name,address,phone,??? or
Name,Company,address,phone,fax,email

Whatever???

It doesn't matter, because the desktop will preview the data for you and allow you to match the fields correctly by dragging the categories into the correct order.

Because you might like to use the filelink feature that lets you sync (2way) between the palm OS and the *.csv file.

I also might suggest on your import to title the fields the same as your pilot has them labled. That way if you have any custom field names you won't confuse them on import.
