A week ago I ordered a Rhinoskin ShockSuit via overnight shipping. SIX days later and I still do not have my case! Rhinoskin uses Airborne Express, which I have had trouble with in the past. To their credit, the Rhinoskin representative has done everything in his power to see that I do eventually get the product I ordered, including shipping me a new case today via FedEx. We'll see if it gets here on time tomorrow! Rhinoskin also fully refunded my shipping charge, but was unwilling to discount the product. I feel that a discount would have been in order as I spent A LOT of time trying to find out why my overnight order didn't show up any of the four times it was supposed to. Bottom line, if you order from Rhinoskin, order way in advance. It may also be a good idea to request that they ship with a vendor BESIDES Airborne if you ever want to see your case. It is unfortunate that they chose such an incompetent company to do their shipping. It reflects poorly on their ability to deliver a quality product to their customers.
I am curious to know if anyone else has had problems receiving products from Rhinoskin on time. If you�ve had problems, please post them here. The only way a company knows that there is a problem is when us consumers start talking about it.
