Help With Avantgo Please.

I just downloaded avantgo. However, I am having difficulties signing in to change my channels. It seems that I was automatically assigned a username anon234499877172 and a password (which I don't know).

Now I am stuck. I cannot sign into the system, because I don't know the password. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this? Ideally I would liek to assign my own user name and password. I don't want one to be assigned for me.

You can try contacting tech support, or, probably a quicker alternative, just create a new user account.

Try going to https://avantgo.com/setup/existing_...tml?device=Palm and pretend you've never signed up before.

This should set up a new account for you.

Does somebody else use your computer? If so, you can try to clean your cookie folder and then try to set up a new account at the AvantGo website. Utilities like Clean-It (freeware AFAIK) let you do this...
