Is the only difference between the Visor and Visor Deluxe the amount of memory?

as far as i know, yes...you can also choose a color with the visor deluxe.

That's correct. The standard Visor (not deluxe) is only available in Graphite.

By the way, the Visor solo doesn't come with a cradle.

You also get a little leather slip case thing with the deluxe that you dont get with the regular.
