I would like to get different color cases for my Visor. I originally purchased a graphite Visor, but would like to change it to maybe orange or any other color depending on my mood. I sent an email to Handspring about it but never got a response...

Red face New Visors: Great Ideas but over priced

Handspring better be very careful.

The reason why they were so successful with the Visor was because it was at the right price(in addition to the expandability). I basically got the power of a PalmVx (without the rechagrable battery and Flash EPROM) for a good deal less with my Visor Deluxe.

Rule #1 Price it right and they will come.

Rule #2 Overprice and it won't fly.

Rule #3 Take to long to drop price and it may already
be too late.

These same rules apply to the Springboard Modules.

I was very interested in the "Mini Jam"($249) and the "Sounds Good"($269) mp3 players but I can get unlimited amounts of music storage at a much cheaper price by getting a portable CD player ($99 - $199) and a 10 pak of CDRs or CDRWs ($10 to $20, allowing a little over 6gigs of storage!!) and then I have a Creative Labs "Nomad Jukebox"($499) for a hell of a lot less.

Don't listen to people who say color isn't important or Mp3 capabilities aren't important, they are lying. Everyone would love to have those capabilities. Just not willing to mortgage house on them.

The key is price!!!
