it's the topic that's always on topic because it's never on topic even within its own topic.

a bump is used to bring an old topic back to the "recent posts" lists and keep it on the radar.

You know we jsut hit 9000 page views on this... Besides ToolKit can't make it sticky - I'll just keep undoing it till you give me money, than it can be sticky a lot (gadgets will work to)

NO way! The way I see it, the appeal of a random thread living on and on is that there is no reason. If you give it a reason, its reason for being is eliminated. Okay, now I'm confused.
