I just purchased the Springboard Modem and appear to have successfully gone thru an American Online log-in. (There is now a button labeled 'disconnect') But I can not then find anyway, or menus, to surf the Internet? Is this a basic failure to have, or locate, a Browser, on the Visor Deluxe?

Can explain what I need to do? Thank you.

Are you dialing AOL directly like you would from the desktop? AOL is a proprietary system that requires specific client software. They do offer something called AOL Mail (keyword: Anywhere) that works for retrieving email (and chat in the latest version) but it cannot be used to surf the web. For that you'll need a regular ISP account (along the lines of Freewwweb) and software like ProxiWeb.
