Me too. Tears of pain that is!

Try downloading it from iMesh or Napster. I found the Budweiser theme (This Buds for you - sung by Snoop dog, I think).

The new Life Tastes Good.. Coke commercial is nice. Has that slow, dreamy theme with a blue-green transition look.

Cool HeHe...

Does anyone know who re-mixed the song "Magic Carpet Ride" for the Sketchers commercial? I have it on my Mp3 player, I LOVE THAT SONG! For once, I think the re-mix actually made the song more interesting. (although, I hate neither! )

As for other favorite songs... uh, lemme check.

Acoustic #3 .... depressing but still good.
Mad Season ... what more can I say?
American Pie .. How the hell did this song place behind "Satisfaction" !?!?? Not that Satisfaction is a bad song, but.....
The Way .... it may be over-rated, but I still like it.
Iris .... say one thing bad about this song and I'll find you and kill you.
Will the real Slim Shady please shut up? (Not the Christina one) ..... so funny, so true.
Drops of Jupiter .... Good.

Ok... there are probably more, but they're not on my Mp3 player.

Here is some recommended listening:
Goo Goo Dolls
Matchbox 20
3rd Eye Blind
BareNaked Ladies
Bon Jovi
Train
Blessid Union of Souls (local!)
Dido
Moby (if you like Electronic music)
Everclear

enjoy.

Is there enough room on the server for this thread?
In no particular order, and effective for 24 hrs only:
Tears In Heaven (God, AKA Eric Clapton)
Tutu (Miles Davis)
Such A Crime (Tory Cassis)
{Stairway To Heaven should be on any favourite songs list since it was written, IMO}
Steam (Peter Gabriel)
Biko (ditto)
Sledgehammer (ditto again)
Azul (Jesse Cook)
We've Got A Groovy Kind Of Love (sad, but true, I'm afraid)
Desperado (The Eagles)

Oooh, I think I better stop now, while I still can ... .
I wish I could remember a Bjork title, just to bug Foo Fighter
RSGMOOSE, thanks for posting Rick Wakeman, I think I'm gonna have to dig around for that one, maaany good times had with that one "in the day". But I don't have it on CD.
Mensachicken, would love to hear more about those bands you listed, feel free to email me.

Saw him in concert in 1976 during the Journey to the Centre of the Earth tour. Without a doubt it was the best concert I've ever been too. It was a nice intimate theater setting of about 1,800 people and Wakeman would talk about every song and what it meant and how it came about.....just awesome. Course, the date I had with me might have influenced things a bit about it being the best.

I like all of his stuff.

Good luck in finding it.
