Hello,

I have a visor deluxe, motorola startac cell and purchased a cable connector. (internet access phone)

I followed supplynet directions, cable4pdas instructions and went through tons of bulletin board information.

i get an error message "authentication failure"

my username and password has been checked over and over again. i even created a new service name after msn didnt work.

also, i tried to connect using the avantgo setup still nothing.

how do i connect? what am i doing wrong?

please help.
