SO my Platinum got into a fight with someone's shoe poolside while on a business trip last Friday.(Platinum lost- cracked screen)I called HS, and was told Wednesday I'd have my new Platinum. So Monday rolls around and the doorbell rings at Noon. There's Mr. FedEx with my replacement. WOW.

This speaks volumes about the kind of attention HS devotes to their customers. WTG Handspring!!!
