I received my BVD on December 20th and I have not had any problems with it, until today. First I had a solid line on top of the screen that would not go away. It is the same bar line that you see when you open an application on the palm. When I turned the Visor off the bar line would just stay there. After a while the bar line started fading away slowly until it was back to a normal screen. What I did not realize was that when the screen went back to normal all my data was gone. Anyone here had this problem? Im thinking of returning this baby back soon.
