This is just an excuse to try my first poll...

Not sure what to think about HS's $30 module rebate. A couple of the offerings are for older products (original eyemodule, thinmodem). I might consider the Magellan GPS unit except you have to buy a Visor too to get the rebate... but I already have the Visor! I wouldn't be buying modules if I didn't have a Visor!

I want that free Vdx case too, while I'm at it.

I voted for eyemodule, but I think that it should actually be on the Soundsgood MP3 player. I think it should be on something with a high coolness factor, even more compelling people to buy.

You could buy the package, keep the module and Case and sell the Visor on eBay

They are going for about 200 bucks on ebay if they are unopened.

Not the unopened ones! The ones that we opened up to get the case and the module!

I think the Case and Module are in seperate boxes. You can then just sell the unopened Visor.

VisorGuy2, you seem to have a lot of experience with this. But with Vdx prices officially down to $199, it's probably hard to get that much on ebay (and if I did I'd feel guilty )

My wife does a lot of selling on eBay, you would be surprised what some people will bid for things. For example, she bought a very cheap digital camera ($40) when she started doing eBay. She used it for one month before deciding it was a piece of garbage. She bought a better camera, took a picture of the first, listed it, and sold it for $80. (Yes, she felt guilty about it but she figured that the people bidding could surf the web or go to their local electronics store and check out the retail price of the camera.)

I wouldn't be surprised if you could get your $199 back out of it and maybe a little more.
