Question Magellan GPS

I got my Magellan GPS Companion springboard. It's great. I believe it came with version 2.20 of the software. I was eager to get the "latest and greatest" updates so i downloaded the latest updates off the site and it happens to be version 1.10. go figure.. anyways, does anyone know where to download the flasher back to 2.20?
Also, what's everyone's ideal choice of software to compliment the gps for driving around?

The Magellan updater actually contains updates for 3 products:
-the unit's operating code, which is burnt into flash ROM
-the GPSman application, which also resides on the module's ROM
-the NAVman application, which is a regular Palm application
They all have different version numbers. You might have mistakenly mixed version numbers.

My dad & I just got the Magellan GPS Companion for the Visor, and for some reason we've got different versions of the built-in GPS Companion software.

Mine was 1.0 (since updated to 1.10 with the Magellan updater), and his is 2.20. The date codes are the same, and the serial numbers are within 30 of each other, so it seems odd to have such a difference in the version numbers.

I suppose the other odd thing is that I can't see any difference between the two versions. Anyone know of any differences? Magellan's web site doesn't acknowledge the existance of version 2.20!

Wink Maps for Europe?

I love Mapopolis. Get the one year subscription for the premium GPS maps. I used it in Florida and it was on target all the time!

Mapopolis does not have maps outside the country. Anybody know where I can get maps for Europe?
