Does anybody know where you can get free internet access for the Visor? I want to get a modem for Xmas but I'm not sure if I can get free access. Please help if possible!

dkessler, where are you at? Would it be possible to get an internet subscription with NetZero, Juno, or something along those lines and dial in with a wire-line modem using Browse-it or Avantgo on your visor of choice? I'm fairly certain it's impossible to get free anything with a wireless modem.

Question Using NetZero

Can you use a free isp that requires an adbar on the Visor? Is there anything else I can do?

btw I would be using this with a Thincom...

No. The isp isn't the same as the browser on the visor. The browsers on the visor rely on a proxy server to strip animation, etc. so the image is optimized for a pda screen. You need an isp to access the proxy server and the browser on the pda to view what the proxy sends to your visor. That's as I understand it.
