I think it is strange. Two handed keyboard operation and standing there holding this partly disassembled phone people thinking it just got run over .

damn, damn, damn.... guess i'll get that when it comes out 
the only thing i'm having a hard time with is the keyboard... i receive and reply to as many as 50 emails a day while mobile. my sidekick is SO much easier to type with than the 600 but of course there's so much more i can do with the 600. if the keyboard is sturdy enough I'll have to try it out.

To Big and bulky. Though Pocket PC does offer a lot of advantages over PalmOS. But then you'll have to sell your soul to Bill.

Given that the left half of the keyboard folds out, I wonder how difficult it would be to type on it since the right half of the keyboard will have all the weight of the phone. Seems too much off center for more than casual use. I would hope that hinge is heavy duty, also.
Too bad they did not try to combine the Palm sliding design with the fold out keyboard. It would be a much smaller phone with the keyboard folded closed and "slided"? back into the phone body.

I agree it's ugly! Doesn't it look like the fold out keyboard is a separate unit that wraps around the phone and plug in?
