Apparently the Visor comes shipped to California time. I input my time (eastern) and when I click on California, I get the same time. Ok, there must be an answer, but reading through the manual and clicking around on preferences, I still can't find it. Can someone help? Thanks!

If you're refering to CityTime, go to preferences, options, select home city. You may have to add your home city in. You'll need your latitude and longitude to do that. One place to find lat & long is http://www.zipinfo.com/search/zipcode.htm
