After having to call mine in twice, the first time they said it was the cradle, I received my replacement today a week later. I did a reload of the software, verified it was all there and hard reset the old unit. I will be sending back the old unit this week.

I don't know, call handspring and ask, there is a good chance they will.. they seem pretty liberal.

Handspring will replace Visors bought at retail outlets (including CompUSA). They don't even ask where you got it, just <i>WHEN</i>. I had my receipt handy just in case they asked for something specific, but I just told them when I bought it (once we rent through the reset and all), and they sent it right out.
