keyboard not working
I just received my targus keyboard for the edge today from thinkoutside.com. Downloaded the driver with no problems. It asked me to reset my edge, which I did. It then asked for the s/n to be entered from the back of the keyboard. I did that & tapped on Done with no response. Hit cancel & went into the keyboard software & tried again, but no luck. I've tried the s/n with all caps, as shown on the keyboard, as well as lower case, but can't get anything to work. I sent an email to [email protected] a few hours ago & haven't even received an auto-reply! What's up with this company??? They supply the drivers, but when looking for specific, further support, they point to targus.com who doesn't have the drivers posted yet.
Can anyone help??? I'd hate to send this back due to a software problem but this really bites!!!
