charging new battery

My boss' Visor wont charge. The battary is new and it won't turn on? can you help me?

Which model of Visor is it? On the Prism (not sure about other rechargable models), does the charging light on the Visor blink when it's on the cradle (charging) or is it steadily lit (fully charged)? If the light never comes on, it could be a dirty contact on the Visor or cradle. Try cleaning them with a pencil eraser. It could also be a bad power supply or a bad connection where the power supply connects to the USB connector on the cradle cable.

Charging Battery

Thank you for your help. I went in to her office and found out that her cradle wasn't plugged in. Sometimes it is the simple things. Thanks again,
