Handsrping stock dropped under a dollar yesterday morning and has not been able to climb back up. How long can a stock stay under a dollar before it becomes unlisted/delisted? If that is a possible outcome, what would that do to Handspring?

Nasdaq has some info on that. HS probably doesn't have much capital, and would have a hard time getting banks to loan them any more cash. I doubt they can even pay off their loans. Maybe they should merge with Palm (doing slightly better)...

Absent a suitor (Sprint) they will declare something between a 10 and 20 to 1 reverse split sometime soon.
