Just got my Visor yesterday and am loving it. But I was wondering...if I delete some fo the apps already on there (Mail, Welcome, datebook etc...) can these be reinstalled? Or would the come back after a hard-reset?

First off, the apps you mentioned are in ROM and cannot be deleted. But any of the apps that ship with the Visor that aren't in ROM can be restored any time.
