Cool

Just when you think you've seen it all...

I came across a website the other day for a new accessory for all of us techno-saavy folks. A company by the name of Personal Electronics Concealment has come up with a double sided shoulder holster. There's no room for my Glock on this one, but there is room for a Visor (or other Palm), your cell phone, pager, etc.. They call this thing the "e-holster."

It looks pretty cool but I just can't imagine wearing it. If you want to check it out, go visit:

It looks pretty strange. I doubt they'll catch on, it's a revolutionary idea but if anyone catches sight of it they MAY get the wrong idea.

Yeah, but don't you need a CHP?

Red face

Just don't reach for your Visor when there is a cop around. I can see the headlines now: Man (or Woman) Shot Dead while trying to check his calender.

Cool

Boy, I'm miffed! I've already got a Landware BurroPak, which is a cheaper version of the EHolster. http://www.landware.com/products/bu...ro_pilotps.html

But on the other hand, the EHolster is quite pricy.

I wear my BurroPak all the time. However, since I always wear black T-Shirts, it sort of becomes invisible.
It does make the Visor very easily accessable, though. I'm quite happy with it.

I love the way that model shows the eHolster, and moves around to show off the attractive features.

Naughty boy. I take it you are not talking about the eHolster's attractive features.

But what do you expect? Have you seen the recent ads for the Palm Pilot? The ones with the nude model with the strategically placed limbs, holding out the latest model Palm?
They gotta get guys attention somehow...
Would you have paid as much attention if it was Homer Simpson?

Exclamation

I already keep my visor in a double shoulder holster. And mine is better than that crappy e-holster. The second half of the holster I am reserving for a stowaway keyboard if they ever ship them. And mine is also more secured. That thing looks like anything you put in it is going to fall out if you bend over. That is alot to pay for such a poor design.

Bane, where did you get your sholder holster? Did you make it yourself?

I'm getting by with a Landware BurroPak, which at least keeps the visor from falling out when you bend over.
