Does anybody know how to setup PC for HotSyncing over a Local Area Network. We have three guys wanting to sync but do not want to move the cradle from computer to computer.

Check the Palm Desktop User Guide. In the index, look under network Hotsynch. I was able to set it up by following those instructions - it worked on the first try!

By your response, I'm not sure if all is now clear, or if you are still in the dark. If you've printed the manual, then see page 186; if you're reading on the screen, that would be page 194.
