Question

I've had my visor for about two months now, and today I actually lived the nightmare of breaking the screen. Can anyone tell me what Handspring's current repair policy is? I've searched the boards but most of the messages are dated. Thanks!

Writing with a tear in his eye,

Thumbs up

3 o'clock followup:

Wow!! Customer service was very friendly and I got through right away! Just a five minute phone call and my replacement is on the way. Thumbs up for HS CS! (Now I have to see about getting a new case...)

Question

Just out of curiosity, which case were you using at the time, and how did you manage to crack the screen?

Well it's kind of embarassing actually. I had it in the leather slip case that came with it in my front pocket, and my 4 year old cousin came into the room and thought it might be funny to pull the chair over, so evidently I landed on it when I hit the ground. I actually didn't know it was broken until about a half hour later, so who knows?
