Talking Edge in Tylenol Commercial

I was just watching TV and this Tylenol (I think) commercial comes on and there's this business man in this diner, and lo and behold he has a Visor Edge! You can clearly see it's an Edge toward the end of the commercial. I was jumping up and down and shrieking OMIGOD over and over! I couldn't help myself. I just got an Edge so I couldn't help but to be excited. I'm sure everyone is rolling their eyes but hey. This is my first post BTW. That is all.

There is also a magazine ad for chrysler that features the edge. It's a desk and a window, the blinds have been bent back in order to gaze upon the beauty that is the LHS (or whatever). The most prominent thing on the desk? The Edge.

Arrow If Only

If only the Edge wasn't a P-O-S and had color

I don't see what is so bad about the edge. my vdx was worse than my edge. the only thing wrong with my "edge" is the contacts on the back corrode, but the problem is really the cradle, so $15 got me another. I'm perfectly happy with my edge.

I'd still have to say mine isn't as bad as everyone says. Guess I lucked out.

LOL. So I said 'till I wasn't. It'll take a hell of a lot longer than a week to find out. Good luck to you.

Now I am confused. I got mine as soon as it came out. Never had problems. All of it's crashes were do to software, and thats why I got this awesome hack called CRASH, and this has saved me from being forced to pin reset mine many times. otherwise I do it just for the fun of it.

Arrow they work for me--

Have to throw in on this -- two visors (mine and the wife's) ten months and eight months -- no problems -- regular (daily) use....

i like the looks of the edge.. everything except the chrome buttons. too tacky for me.

also, no good at all if you keep a springboard in all the time like i do.

i remain jealous of the "sleek metal case" though. thats is sooo pretty.

I imagine it would. I keep my 8mb backup in my sled and in my pocket all the time. That way it's not on my edge (still slim), but I always have it with me to use. I also don't keep it on because I was told it'll suck the life force out of the battery.

Chrome? I don't know what they are but they aren't chrome. They just happen to be shiny. I suppose, hmmm, plastic would be less tacky in any case?

...What else... oh yeah, I have Crash too. It hasn't come into use yet though, but it's peace of mind for me since the Edge stylus doesn't have a reset pin in it.

The buttons on the Edge are "tacky"? This coming from a guy with a "Bright Orange" VDX. I never thought of an orange PDA as the epitome of style and class...

(BTW, I'm just having some fun, Thorin...)
