Hey Mac Experts!

Anyone know of a program (preferably free or shareware) that will scrub a Mac's hard drive so that files that have been deleted can not be undeleted with any utility?

Did I ask this once already?

I use it occasionally but have never really tried to recover anything to see if it works as advertised.
