My Prism's screen went dark, and I contacted HS via e-mail, and got a quick reply. Their solution didn't work, so I called them and got threw in just a few minutes. They determined that it would be best to replace the whole unit. They said it would arrive in 3 business days, and sure enough, it did! WooHoo!
