My office likes my visor (that I just purchased) and wants to order devices for our managers. Money isn't an issue. It was though for my purchase.
I'd like some opinions on whether to go with the Visor or the Palm Vx. Thanks.

Wink

If your managers are techies (or imagine themselves as such), then the VDx is the way to go.

If they are the style over substance types, see what kind of cell phones they are using. If they carry colored Nokia's, the VDx is a no brainer. OTOH, if they are of the ultra compact Motorola crowd, then clearly the Vx is the way to go.

If they are the more pragmatic type, wait a few months. If more Handspring modules convert from promises to shipping product, I don't see how you could go wrong with the VDx. OTOH, if they want their toys NOW (and will string you up if they can't get a PDA camera or MP3 player), then you've no choice - - only the Vx will do.

I see only two differences.

Choose the Vx if you like to show off. I find it looks Hi-Tec.
(It's smaller and 0.5% faster - U dont need batteries [some find that annoying])

Choose the VDX if you want to use Springboard technology and be different.
(U can show off with Springboards)

Personally I'd go for the Vx and then my decision is based merely on it's size. I like small things (one exception! )
