The online store is backup, but for those of us who ordered over the phone, we have to call the 888 number to get our order status. So here I am wondering...
UPDATE!!! I just go through to customer service at 1130 PST. Only 10 minutes on hold. Verified my order. I ordered 10/11 and he said should ship next week. Cross my fingers.
Damn I feel sorry for their customer service.
