VisorPhone has RAM?

I was wondering if it could be possible to use the visorphone Memory to store other applications...
For sure it is programmable (you can update the software to version 1.0.1 using the handspring patch), and may be there's some spare ram we can use.

Any idea?

Looking at the main menu info, you get access to the "card" slot, which seems to haev 0K available out of 454K (my system is updated to 1.0.1, may be old versions use less memory). But I bet that there's some spare ram that is not shown...

Lightbulb No FileMover?

Hey,

Is there no file mover? Then I don't think you can use the memory.

Unhappy

No, it is not possible to store apps on the VisorPhone. Unfortunately.

I just copied the File Mover application from my SpringPort wireless to the handspring and then swapped modules to the VisorPhone in hopes gaining access to the extra 412k of memory. No luck - when tapping on the Module in File Mover I get an error: No Memory Module The memory module is not present or is not recognized. It's very possible that the version of File Mover I copied is specific to the Xircom...
