Hi there,

My first Visor suddenly stoppped working and I had to wait 1 month to get a new one from Handspring.
My second one has a bad infra-red port which would not send anything and Hanspring should send a replacement in 2 weeks.

Are they all bad ?

Yeah. Crush it and buy a Clio. Of course not! In fact, my Visor Deluxe kept crashing (it wouldn't turn on) and draining batteries after I left in the cold car one night. I called Handspring and they sent me a new one in like 2 days! Paid return shipping, even! No, their service is phenominal and my new one hasn't given me any problems, despite 26mhz overclocking and heavy use.

I've had mine for about 9 mo. -- no problems.
And I'm the type of guy to complain, if I did, so you'd know about it.
Still the best buy in PDAs.
(Well, maybe the Plat. beats it now, $ for $.)
