I am just switching from a Palm Vx to a Prism. I understand how to install the desktop software & transfer my Palm files. Question is: if I find I don't like the Prism & want to go back to the Vx, how do I do that?

Also, the Prism's alarms don't seem as loud as the alarms on the Vx. Anyone else had this type of problem? Any ideas to resolve it?
