I keep getting error messages when I run iRemote soemtimes is there a problem maybe with conflicting software?

I am running :

some Battery program
BugMe!
Diddle
DiddleBug
Eight Ball
FireViewer
Froggy
FunADay
iSilo
invaders
mirrors
Monkey
NCAA2001
iRemote
SolFree
TealDoc
TicTacToe
and Voodoo

It's not that big of a deal but I *really* don't like having to softreset this thing so often...
