Innogear Public Relations

I don't have a PDA. The Visor Prism (when it gets here) will be my first.

But for what it's worth Innogear will never get any money of mine.

I have been lurking around quite a bit trying to absorb the experience of those that have been living with these devices for a while. I saw lots and lots of Innogear bashing and while I was able to understand the frustration some of you may have been having waithing for the 6-pack, I was pretty impartial about the whole thing.

Then there is the minijam/soundsgood choice. Personally, I couldn't figure why anyone would get a minijam over the soundsgood which seems to be faster, smaller, able to run outside the visor when you want and available in color --unless, of course, you're hot syncing to a Mac (which I will be doing...)

So I was actually following this thread, thinking that a minijam might be in my future despite the fact that I thought the Sounds Good looks like a better product, but Innogear managed to take THE ONE GUY with a tagline not adopted from slacker and do some serious damage.

Stupid. Really, really stupid.

I think Innogear is going to regret this one.

That's just my two cents, but then again I don't even own a PDA at all yet, so what do I know ; )

Jess

Any way you slice it, it seems like both a stupid and vile business practice to show malevolence to your own customers. They are lucky to have a slight edge over the competition in features for the moment, but personally this would not be enough for me to deal w/them.
And the moment SoundsGood comes out with other competing products (I'd love to see a SIXPACK from them -- and, like a class act, they don't ANNOUNCE anything until it's READY to SHIP) that equal or surpass VaporGear's, I doubt the latter will get any more business.

Thumbs up They Emailed an apology!!!

I must say THANK YOU to Innogear for this. And to the 50+ people that emailed me their support and problems THANK YOU. I will say this once again one bad apple does not ruin the whole tree. Innogear makes top quality software and hardware and I recommend them highly dont use this stupid isolated problem as an excuse not to use the minijam I have it it works great as will the new prism update when they post it.
I also have the Innopak 2v it work great! and i will buy the sixpack when it is available too...SUPPORT INNOGEAR!!! BTW I USED THE SOUNDSGOOD PLAYER ITS OK BUT IT IS NO MINIJAM!! TO THE TWO POSTS ABOVE THAT ARE NEGATIVE AGAINST INNOGEAR PLEASE RECONSIDER THE MINIJAM ITS WORTH IT!

THIS IS MY LAST POST ABOUT THIS SUBJECT CASE CLOSED..

INNOGEAR ROCKS MY WORLD! AND MY PRISM TOO..START ORDERING THE MORE UNITS THEY SELL THE LESS BAD APPLES ON THE TREE.

Dan
Innogears #1 fan

Wink MOre Products

We will all be fans of Innogear again when they come out with good products that we like. Right now most of us are very disappointed.

Smile I've had nothing but good results from Innogear

I've only had good experiences with Innogear. (Its kinda scary to hear that others have had negative experiences)
