Question

I found this in the terms and conditions section of Handspring's web site. I figured since I had looked at just about everything else on their site, I might as well. http://www.handspring.com/terms.asp

I found the following interesting.

Orders; Payment; No Resale. Orders are subject to acceptance by Handspring. Payment must be received by Handspring prior to Handspring's acceptance of an order and must be made by credit card or other prearranged payment method. Customer shall pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. Customer shall not resell any Handspring products.

So, if you have an extra Visor or one you don't want anymore, you're not "supposed" to sell it. I don't know how that would enforce it, though.

Any thoughts?

It's typical to see something like that. What it means is that you aren't allowed to buy a pile of Visors and then put in on a store shelf. It's a standard retail clause, and isn't aimed at individual purchases which end up in a personal transaction (or appearing on an auction site). At least, it's not typical for companies to use it for that.
