How can the handheld list the address by Company name even if the last name is also entered. The handheld does not have a "list by" feature like the desktop. Can anyone help me resolve this problem.

Aliceyan,

To change your Address List to Company First, Last Name do the following:

Open Address List, tap the Menu Icon at the bottom left of your Graffiti area just under the little house icon (applications).

At the top of the screen will appear "Record", "Edit" and "Options."

Tap "Options." A drop down menu will appear. Then tap "Preferences." There you will see a "List By" choice between "Last Name, First Name" and "Company, Last Name." Tap the one you want. Then tap "OK."
