secondary address sync on Mac

Hello there,

I'm a Mac consultant, and one of my clients is having a problem with her Visor - I'm not sure which model, but it's about a year old, maybe more.

Everything was working fine using Palm Desktop for the Mac, until we switched computers. On the new computer her secondary addresses do not sync over to the Mac. She entered the secondary addresses on her old Mac, and they moved over to her Visor just fine. They will not move back to the new Mac.

Unfortunately, the old Mac has already been cleaned up and sent off to a relative. There is no chance of getting the Palm User Data file off of it and putting it on the new Mac.

Any geniuses out there that can solve this? I'd be most grateful.

Set the conduit so PALM overwrites DESKTOP. Transfer the files, and then set it back.

Just a guess, though...
