Xircom SWE won't charge.

Hello,

I have the xircom springport wireless ethernet module and it quit charging yesterday. The battery status says it is completely drained, but when the visor prism is in the cradle the module won't charge. Has anyone seen this before? Please email me at [email protected] if you have any tips.
