 Question Visor Platinum & Eyemodule combo pack?

I recently noticed on eBay some listings for a combo pack (packaged in clear plastic clamshell) consisting of the Visor Platinum and Eyemodule. Does anyone happen to know where these sellers are getting this combo pack?
