Yesterday, after I received the Thinmodem Plus and set everything up according to all the directions, things went fine. Browsing, e-mail, etc. All the modem setting and network settings are correct. The phone line I am using definitely does have a dial tone. Now, whatever I do, the modem will not dial out. I have checked everything. Sometimes, the software tells me there is no dial tone, sometimes, it says it cannot find servers (e-mail, or browse-it or any other). Other times, it just times out.
I don't know what to do at this point. Hoping someone here can help.
