Red face connecting to internet via USB cradle?? help!...PLEASE?!!?

woe is me!

i am trying to be able to use AOL instant messenger with my VDx via the usb cradle... is there any way to make the usb cradle the "modem" so to speak? or relay the modem on my pc to be my modem on VDx?

Ive tried mocha PPP and for some reason it does connect on the COM2 port... anyone know why? i dont think it is the usb port but maybe it is?

Thanks,

-Noah

COM2 is not USB. Currently, there is no way to connect using the USB cradle that I'm aware of. There was something for LINUX I think but nothing yet for Windows.
