Have you checked your HotSync settings? It's possible that Memo Pad is set to "Do Nothing".
[From Palm Desktop, choose "HotSync" then "Custom" to see what the settings are, and change them if necessary.] Hope this works...

Have you ever had EasySync installed? It could cause a problem like this.

Try reinstalling Hotsync. I had to last week when hotsync kept crashing. Fixed the problem.

If you have outlook it might be putting the hotsynched memos in the outlook memo section instead of the palm desktop.
Had the same problem and found all my missing memos in outlook

A. My hotsync doesn't crash it just doesn't sync memo.
B. I had outlook on my computer, never used, and there were no memo in it.
As a note, most of my memos came from a pilot personal I had had before and sunc on a friends laptop.

You never answered whether or not you've ever used EasySync? That caused memo not syncing problems for me.

Are you sure you're viewing "All" memos? Is it possible the ones you're expecting to see are under a particular category you're not viewing?
