POLL: The reason there are no posts in the customer service forum?

There are no messages in the customer service forum because:

1) Customer service is so exemplary that there are no complaints

2) It does no good to say anything because customer service depts. really have no power and dont care.

3) It does no good to post beCAUSE NOTHING GETS DONE ANYWAY.

With Handspring, judging my the latest PCMAgazine polls #1 is probaly true.

#2: Service departments do have power, and when a bug is found there it will get around the company

#3: You're being watched. We're all being watched.

Seems like the CS forum was always just a place to rant. Perhaps it could be a "Discuss the company itself" forum: open to discussions about CS, stock, buyout rumors, etc.

Arrow NO major issues

Well, teh Customer Service board is dead because there are no major CS issues with Handspring at the monent. I remember the Good (bad?) old days when there was a post in this forum like every minute...that was like 1999/2000. ...seems like just yesterday. Times have surely changed in Handspring land.
