Question

I heard that the visor can play mp3's but the memory is only 8 megs and that would only play about 2 songs. Does anybody know how it is going to work??

There are several companies working on springboards that will play MP3. The Visor alone is not set up for them.

Check VisorCentral's springboard area for a list of developers working on MP3 players: http://www.visorcentral.com/visor/springboards.asp

MP3 playback requires an MP3 Springboard. (Innogear and Rio have both announced MP3 Springboards.) The MiniJam from Innogear comes in 4 configurations 0,8,16 or 32 meg of memory and can be expanded by using a MMC card with can be as large as 64 meg. (This is all pre-release info from the Innogear website.) http://www.innogear.com
