My Edge crashed. Had to do a hard reset. Now when it goes to the stylus tap here screen it goes into an endles loop of touch upper left then lower right - then on and on the same. Help!!

Oh, lord. Hate to break it to ya, but this is a classic Edge problem. Your digitizer has probably crapped out because of static electricity. Some options:

Warm Reset: hit the reset pin while hitting the "up" scrollbutton. that may help. I'm not optimistic, though, since a Hard Reset brings you to the loop.

Drain the battery to 0: this has worked for a few people. "problem" is, the battery on the edge lasts damnably long!

hit it: always worth a shot.

Return options: Get your retail to exhange it for another Edge (or other device... do a discussion search for "Edge" and basically any problem word including "digitizer," "static" or "hard reset" and you'll find you're not alone). Get Handspring to replace it. Even if you're outside of the 1 year warranty period. Get them to replace it. I'd bet dollars to pesos that you've got the same problem we've all had. It's a manufacturer defect.

...good luck...
