I have a need for weather info on my PDA, so I setup a couple of webpages I find helpful.

http://internettrash.com/users/wink/Palmradars.html
This page is a list of realtime radar pictures from local TV stations across the country.

http://internettrash.com/users/wink/PalmSatilite.html
This page is a list of current weather satilite pictures.

Both of these pages will provide color pictures that fit into your PDA if you use AvantGo or another color browser. They work great for storm chasing. I use them before I go fly. You can preview them from your PC. If you like them perhaps you can provide some of your own ideas for wireless browsing.

I visited your site using Eudora and all I got was gibberish. I'll try using AvantGo.

Lightbulb WUnderground

I use the Weather Underground at http://www.wunderground.com for web forcasts. Select your city and click the Print Page icon then use that URL in a custom AvantGo channel.

Question Weather maps and Geodiscovery?

I read your message and had an interesting idea. GeoDiscovery is shipping their GPS units staring today. Their claim to fame is "Content" downloaded from the Internet. Now wouldn't it be cool to have a weather overlay?
I have no idea of how to go about it, but you might or some one reading this.
Check out Geodiscovery's partner recruiting page.

This site is quite good, but too big for my Visor. My original sites listed at the top are simply a list of links. These links take you only to a picture with no text- fast, neat and clean. You need to use some type of browser to access. I use avantgo simply because the links are always on my Visor making it even quicker.

Anyone know how to get the URL's that Avantgo uses? If you notice the Weather Channel is in color on Avantgo but black and white under blazer , etc.. I suspect they have a special URL for Avantgo users. Also, anyone else have any other good (non) weather related URL's..?
