Hey, I was using my Visor Deluxe with the cradle, everything working fine.

Then, one day, it doesn't do jack when I press the Hotsync button. I'm using an iMac, and already tried starting up with all extensions off except Handspring's one. I also tried reinstalling the sw.

I think I may have replaced the batteries in the time that it began not working. Think this has anything to do with it?!

I've heard that there is some fix if I press the restart button on the Visor's back. Do you think this could do anything for me?

I'm using Palm desktop 2.5 on a B & W Mac. I found that I needed to turn off HotSync enable in the setup section every time I sync. I couldn't sync after I printed from a USB printer without turning off enable first. Also, I had to bring up the hotsync manager from within Palm desktop program, but not from the menu item installed next to the upper right corner. Hope this helps.
