Question

Why I can't download win2k updated software??I enter my visor
serial number,but your system return 'We were not able to verify the
serial number you entered. Please re-enter your serial number' to
me.Please help me!!

I would assume that they run some sort of check sum on the serial number entered. My only suggestion is to try again, making sure to key it in correctly. Also look closely at the serial number, there might be some confusion-class characters (e.g. is that a zero or an oh?). If that doesn't work, I can only suggest calling Customer Support.

I had the same problem where the serial number of my Visor was not recognized by the download site.

I sent a note to Handspring CS and received a reply a few hours later. They said the download site is imperfect and they are working to correct the problem. They sent me a generic serial number that I can use to get the software. No, I will not post that serial number.

If you are having trouble, I suggest you e-mail Handspring customer service.

I emailed to Handspring CS many times,but they just reply "We are aware of the problem with the download site and are currently looking into fixing it. I apologize for any inconveniences that this may have incurred.

they didn't provide me a generic serial number.I don't know what to do!!!any one can help me???!!!!
